We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, our dentist will review your dental and medical history. For diagnosis, they will examine your teeth and take X-rays of your mouth. From there, the dentist will explain any issues and help you choose options for treatment. We typically proceed a with cleaning at a time that is most convenient for you. To make your visit more comfortable, we do offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and light oral sedation.
For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form and Patient History Form. You can either bring the forms with you at the time of your appointment or scan and and email them before your visit.
Accepted Insurance:
We accept all insurances and are PPO for Blue Cross and Blue Shield. For Delta Dental, we are a Premier Provider.
